Open Meditation Night

Join us every Tuesday for an open meditation night. All levels of meditators interested in learning about meditation and practicing with a group are welcome to join.

This less formal practice is led by various senior students and includes 2 shorter meditation periods with a brief walking meditation between. After sitting together there is a group discussion about practice. Depending on the length of the discussion, plan to commit 45 minutes to an hour for this practice.
